The Tosca Bakery
The Tosca Bakery story began long ago. In 1947 in Ripaldina, a village on the outskirts of Castel San Giovanni, Tosca family buys a bakery and begins to serve the area.
With the tenacity and desire of innovation that distinguishes it, the Bakery Tosca grows over the years and established itself as a reference point for the sale of bread and bakery products of superior quality, becoming known throughout the Piacenza territory.
In 2008 Simon and Marica decided to continue the family tradition by maintaining the quality that has always distinguished them, producing together with the classic line from the oven, a multigrain line, a line for intolerances and craft specialties of excellence, such as panettone.
The new store, opened in 2010 in Via Borgonovo 62, always in Castel San Giovanni, offers fresh products customers hand crafted, from fresh pasta to cakes, the pastries for breakfast to gluten-free products.
Traditional recipes and quality products combined with innovation and passion for their craft, have always been the keys to winning the Bakery Tosca, who over the years have adapted to the needs of its customers while also offering customized services.
