Artisan Panettone and specialties
For over 25 years our bakery produces hand made Panettone and Pandoro with natural yeast. We were able to select the best raw materials available on the market today, such as Alpine fresh butter, only by Italian milk, raisins and natural peel orange, not treated with preservatives. The most important feature that distinguishes our panettone is the partial replacement of sugar present in the dough with a consistent use of Val Tidone honey. This ingredient is also selected, all-natural, gives a softness and a truly unique taste. All this has wanted to offer our customers a product of "Very high quality."
Our homemade cake is prepared as it was once, and available in many delicious flavors including:
Classic Milan-rich raisins and candied fruit as it wants the traditional recipe.
Without candy. Soft, fragrant and delicious as the traditional one, but only with raisins.
Panettone pineapple .Taste fresh and delicate, one of our most successful products.
Panettone with cherries. A good alternative to the classic panettone, for who does not like raisins and candied fruit.
With glazing type Veneziano. The "softer" variant, with a crispy almond glaze and crunchy hazelnuts.
With Belgian dark chocolate pieces. Featuring a shower of delicious Belgian chocolate pieces.
Pandoro. Delicate and delicious, with a soft dough and the unmistakable aroma of vanilla, our hand made Pandoro is one of the most popular specialties of our production. Local quality ingredients and a slow rising process mean that it contend the title of Christmas cake's favorite.
Our cake does not contain preservatives to aid durability. For this reason we recommend to store it at room temperature (+ 18 ° C / + 25 ° C) and consume it as soon as possible.
