Terms of Sale

1. OBJECT
1.1. These general conditions of sale apply to the purchase and sale related to any purchase of products (the "Products") contract runs through the site www.panificiotosca.it (hereinafter the "Site") by users classified as " consumers "pursuant to article 1.2. 1.3. All contents of the Site are protected by copyright and the related copyrights are owned by Tosca Bakery Snc. The Web site may not be reproduced, in whole or in part, transferred using electronic or traditional methods, modified, linked and used, in particular for commercial purposes, without the prior written consent of Tosca Bakery Snc.

2. PRODUCT FEATURES AND AVAILABILITY OF DIFFERENT GEOGRAPHIC

3. PRICES AND DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
3.1. Prices of Products on the Site are inclusive of all taxes and fees. All prices are in euro. The price of the Products is the one indicated on the same site to sending the order by the consumer. 4. HOW TO PURCHASE PRODUCTS - COMPLETION OF EACH PURCHASE CONTRACT
4.1. 7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL - PRIVACY
7.1. If for some reason the consumer is not satisfied with their order, it has the option to return it (of course without ever used) within 10 days from the date of delivery and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned products. Before returning the goods the customer must make sure:

- That the product is present in the same condition as it was delivered and packed in an orderly manner.

7.2. The items to be returned are charged to the customer's expense and returned package travels to risk and danger of the customer.

8. FORCES MORE
8.1.
