The strong ties to the territory and the Piacenza culinary tradition got us to continue the family tradition with the fresh pasta. We produce the famous tortelli with light cheese and spinach, the anolini with meat, and even chicce, pisarei, lasagna and other baked pasta. We use simple raw material but high quality, our products are the freshest of fresh!
Our pasta is produced and immediately knocked down in negative -40° C, to stop immediately the aging process of the product. So you can bring to the table a product always fresh and of high quality.
The frozen fresh pasta requires some small tricks to be enjoyed at the best: once to boiling water or broth, add the pasta still frozen and lower the heat during cooking
