We do not produce only bread , but also the Piacenza traditional desserts. We produced them in according to our grandmothers traditional recipies. You can find the flavors of the past in our pies, in our typical cake prepared in according to old family recipes, such as sbrisolona and sabbiosa cake.
Among the pies we have differen variations: with jam (plums, apricots, blueberries, cherries), filled with Pistachio, Apple pie, and macaroons, filled with lemon and with macaroons and chocolate. Then there is our specialty: the Castellana pie. And yet our soft cakes like Apple Pie , chocolate and pineapple cake, carrot and almonds cake and the traditional sbrisolona.
We have also croissants fresh baked every morning and filled on time to enhance the flavor of our fillings. Then there is the small pastry with chocolate biscuits, cupcakes, muffins and multigrain biscuits.
The butter in cakes may be substituted with margarine completely natural, without additivies or hydrogenated fats, especially suited for people with allergies to dairy products.
