Our multigrain line is more and more appreciated by our clients. Beside the classic bread Multigrain we created complementary products such as breadstick, biscuits and saladcakes. Our multicereal products are made with wheat, sunflower seeds, linseeds, sesame seeds, rye, oats, barley, which provide a rich taste and high digestibility.

Our customer focus has led us to create a full range of products for intolerances. We produce bread, cakes, biscuits using naturally gluten free flour, preservatives and dyes. Our products are suitable for people with allergies or for those who follow eating gluten-free personal choice, are not suitable for celiacs people.

Panettone & specialities

panettone & specialities

For over 25 years our bakery produces panettone, pandoro (christmas cakes), colombe (easter cake) with natural yeast. We have selected the best raw materials to offer a product Made in Italy excellence. Next to the classic panettone type Milano also we produce panettone without candied, with semi candied cherries, panettone and nougat with Belgian dark chocolate pieces.

We do not produce bread alone, but also the sweet tradition of Piacenza, as our grandmothers made them. You can find the flavors of the past in our pies, in typical cakes prepared according to old family recipes territory, as sbrisolona and sabbiosa. The line is completed with sweet croissants and pastries.

The Fresh Pasta

The strong link to the territory and the Piacenza culinary traditions led us to continue the family tradition and to produce fresh pasta. From the famous ravioli with ricotta (cheese) and spinach with anolini tail meat, and even goodies, pisarei, lasagna and nidi di rondine. Raw materials simple but very high quality, our products are the freshest of fresh!

    We were able to select the best raw materials available on the market today, such as Alpine fresh butter, only by Italian milk, raisins and natural orange peel, not treated with preservatives and Val Tidone honey for the production of panettone, pandoro and colombe. Even our meal and multigrain mixes are strictly organic.

    All varieties of bread that we produce are certified. The quality of artisan bread and commitment of our bakers to give consumers the best product, both from a qualitative point of view and from that the healthy, are secured on it as a national project that combines traditional bakers.

    The sourdough gives high digestibility and clearly superior organoleptic properties compared to the industrial leavening and increases the availability of easily digestible carbohydrates and proteins; so our products have the typical "oven smell."
